Students should keep their bags outside the lab on the rack.

An entry must be made on the lab register by each student, while entering and leaving the lab.

No one is allowed to move any computer hardware inside the lab (keyboards, mice, network cables, etc.) without written permission of the Lab Incharge.

Use of CD/DVDs, without permission of the lab-incharge, is prohibited.

The lab will be open from 5:30 to 9pm.


To use the lab students must enter the lab before 8 pm.


Students must carry their college i-cards with them, and produce before the lab-attendants.


If the lab attendant is not present then students must not enter the lab.


Absence of lab attendants should be reported to the lab-incharge.


On entry to and exit from the lab, students should make an entry in the lab register.


While leaving the lab, every student must check the following:

• All computer hardware is in place. Any missing/malfunctioning hardware must be reported immediately to the Lab Incharge.
• All chairs are arranged properly
• All lights, A/Cs, machines are powered off.
