Ubuntu/Debian/Mint apt-cacher-ng proxy
apt-cacher-ng can be used if the FOSS server Ubuntu/Debian mirror doesn't have the required packages or if you need packages from other repos.
It can be configured by adding the following contents in a new file /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/99proxy
Acquire::http::Proxy "http://foss.coep.org.in:3142";
