*In window, right-click on computer.
*Manage -> disk management.
*You can see a single partition which you have made for windows.
*Right-click on the partition and shrink the volume(atleast 6GB).
*Now shut down the Windows.

=====Installing Ubuntu=====
*You will have to remove the Windows ISO file from virtual CD/DVD.
*Select the VM -> settings -> storage
*Remove disk from virtual drive.
*Now 'choose virtual CD/DVD disk file' -> ISO file of Ubuntu14.04.
*Change the operating system name and version name in general settings.
